Career Plan For Training And Career Development - 1384 Words

The purpose of this paper is to present a career plan using lessons learned on training and career development. It will reveal various skills, training, and recommendations for work-life balances needed to pursue and achieve career objectives. Individual Career Plan When deciding on a career plan, I think it is most important to list the activities that are of interests to do in service of finding a path that suits you best. For the past few years, I have gone back and forth about what I wanted to do. There were several fields that were of interest to me but didn’t want to just settle for anything so I had to make a choice and determine what I thought was the best fit. Although I have adapted well to several different jobs, at this point in my life, I am in a place where I am able to pursue my ultimate career goals. Technology and assisting others learn intrigues me, motivates me, and I am starting to believe that this current course is helping me gain a better understand ing of what’s to come. I believe the information acquired, discussions, my related experience, and scenarios are indeed essential to my career progression.
